Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling at AWTY International School

Prior to using Flash Appointments for scheduling parent-teacher conferences, administrative assistant Amanda Thomas devoted four or five days to scheduling. Parents left their preferred meeting times on a telephone hotline. Amanda wrote down the messages and transferred the information to a Word document.
