Staff/Resource Details

Administrator : Staff

Each Staff or Resource that takes appointments must be in the system.

This is an Essentials Check List item.

An Administrator Login is required.


Instructions

The list at the top of the area shows all the Staff and/or Resources that have been entered for your business. As new items are created, they are added to the list. As old items are deleted they are removed from the list.

Field Settings

Required Optional
Display Name: The name that will represent the Staff or Resource in the both the Client Scheduler and the Receptionist Desktop.
First: The first name of a Staff person. For a Resource please enter some identifier. The First, Last, Email fields together must uniquely identify the Staff/Resource.
Last: The last name of a Staff person. For a Resource please enter some identifier. The First, Last, Email fields together must uniquely identify the Staff/Resource.
Phone(day): The phone number to use to contact the responsible Staff person or Resource during the day.
Phone(eve): The phone number to use to contact the responsible Staff person or Resource during the evening.
Email: The email address to which notification emails are sent when the Staff person or Resource has an interesting scheduling event; new appointments, appointment change or cancellation. (Email must be configured elsewhere. See Business : Policy/Email)
