After your customers make an appointment they are provided with this confirmation screen.

An email confirming the appointment is sent out automatically to the customer as well as the personnel. That email will provide a confimation number and instructions for cancelling the appointment.

Another email will be sent to the customer the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment.
